Calypso Worsted is the perfect base for knitting hats, gloves, sweaters, felted accessories, and more! This wonderfully verstaile yarn is 4-Ply, made of 100% Non-Superwash Merino Wool. Each 100 gram skein is approximately 218 Yards.

Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. All of our yarns are thoroughly washed and rinsed, but with all hand dyed yarns there could be some excess of dye molecules that remain. It is recommended to wash separately for the first wash to ensure no dye transfer.

All skeins of Crow and Crescent Yarn are hand dyed with love in Shoreline, WA using high quality professional acid dyes in small batches. Each skein is unique, and dye lots vary.

I love cool colors, and this colorway is to die for. Intense and on a non-superwash base that is still soft enough to be worn next to the skin, Renee has made a really lovely yarn. I am so excited to use it for nalbinding! The package arrived quickly, and there were some nice "crow trinket" add-ons as well. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for more of this base!
